Hey! Thanks for being here :) Blogging has always been something I've wanted to start up but I can never seem to actually sit down and do it! I hope to share more sessions as well as blogs that help you get to know me more as a creative juggling life, family, and my photography business.
I am so excited to kick off the first blog with a session that I love as much as this one. I have known Sequoia since we were back in our high school days and she truly lights up a room with her infectious smile and bubbly personality. She did back then and she still does now! It is truly so fun to see your friends become parents and after she moved back to the area this summer, I was so excited to have a maternity session with her and her daughter. These pictures are extra sweet because 1.) Big Sis is UNBEARABLY CUTE and was so adorable and snuggly during this whole shoot. And 2.) Little Sis is here now and is as cute as ever too! Enjoy these sweet summer photos and try to fend that baby fever off ;)
"I was never able to have a maternity photo shoot with my first daughter so when Kara asked about doing one with this pregnancy and INCLUDED my 5 year old daughter it was amazing. She is so kind and personable and makes you feel like the most beautiful person when she’s taking your picture. I had no idea how I was supposed to pose but she helped me through it the whole time. She edited them and got them back to us so quickly and they couldn’t have been more amazing. She captured little candids of my daughter and I as well which looked like the most perfect pictures out of all of them. 10/10 would recommend her for ANY type of pictures you’re choosing to have done!!"
